Flotation
Our experienced staff are pleased to help you select the right reagents and process sequences for optimum separation of your minerals on the basis of laboratory tests. The selected sequences and parameters can be verified up to an output of approx. 500 kg/h in pilot systems. We install complete demonstration systems and produce larger amounts of concentrate for sampling and for metallurgical tests. You are similarly free to contact us if you need process engineering advice or a partner for analysis and optimisation of your existing flotation systems and processes.

Density sorting
A variety of equipment operating in accordance with different mechanisms of action and covering a particle range from approx. 30 μm to 5 cm is available for density sorting. Float-sink analyses in heavy liquid help us to examine how materials can be separated in the different size fractions. Tests on a laboratory shaker table, centrifugal concentrator or superpanner can be performed in a laboratory (with samples up to 10 kg). Classic shaker tables, jigging machines and a centrifugal concentrator are also available in larger dimensions to be able to conduct pilot tests. Our machine base in the field of dry density sorting is completed by a zigzag classifier (cross-section 80 x 200 mm) and a pneumatic concentrator.

Magnetic separation
Different laboratory equipment and magnetic separators for pilot tests are provided for magnetic classifying. We conduct tests with samples from several grams up to several tons both in weak and strong fields. In addition, with our well-equipped fleet of machines, we can perform both wet and dry magnetic separation. Our magnetic separators are used in the fields of recycling and preparation of raw materials. Typical applications are: – Iron ore – Manganese ore – Chromite – Ilmenite – Monazite – Garnet – Vitreous sand – Kaolin – Feldspar – Scrap preparation – Recycling
