Settlement of disputes

We are not willing or obliged to take part in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for contents

As service providers, we are liable for our own contents of these pages. However, we as service providers are not obligated to permanently monitor submitted or stored information or to search for evidences that indicate illegal activities.

Any obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws shall remain unaffected. A resulting liability is, however, only possible from the time when an infringement becomes known to us. If such an infringement becomes known to us, we will remove the appropriate contents immediately.
