Technical centre
More than 350 machines designed to customise your processes and process sequences are installed on a total area of approx. 1,600 m² with four platforms that can be accessed by way of a vehicle. All these machines can be combined as desired by the customer. Process sequences of wet and dry preparation technology can thus be designed individually. Pilot systems with outputs up to 1 t/h can be realised up to batch sizes of approx. 100 t.
The following machines are provided for preparation in conjunction with pilot systems:
- Model grinding plant
- Breakers, mills, attritor mills
- High-energy grinding equipment (eccentric vibration grinding mill, tube vibrating mills)
- Sieves, cyclones, airclassifier
- Spiral separators, jigging machines and concentrating tables
- Magnetic separators
- Flotation systems
- Dewatering devices
- Bunkers and conveying systems
- EIRICH mixers
In addition to the existing equipment base, it is also possible to rent the required systems and devices temporarily for special applications to be integrated into the operation of the technical centre.
